In purchasing from our site you are agreeing to our Terms of sale
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Please note we do not accept returns on clothing, particularly period underwear. We would ask you to check & recheck your sizing & any questions relating to size, need to be referred to the manufacturer directly prior to purchase.
Refunds or exchange for any faulty items will be handled in conjuction with the manufacturer & so photos will need to be emailed priot to acceptance of the return claim.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilo
Our warehouse is situated in Sydney, so east coast Australia orders generally arrive a little quicker than our west coast customers.
Once your order is placed allow 1-2 business day's to allow for our warehouse to pick & pack your order, then once the courier collects delivery is 7-10 working days (from collection date) anywhere in Australia. International orders may take some time given current courier timelines.
To ensure we have no hassles, please include your postcode, and your mobile number so that we can contact you if we need to!

Once your order has shipped you will be sent an email that includes your tracking number by our Shipping System. If you have misplaced this email, you can log-in to your account at anytime and look up your shipping info. Go to 'Manage My Account', then click on 'View Order Status' - this will bring up a listing of all of your recent orders made with us. Locate the order in question, then click on 'View Order Details' over on the right hand side of the page to bring up a detailed listing of that order including tracking details at the bottom of the order. The 'Tracking Link' listed here is your tracking number.
SHIPPING CHARGES will be indicated at the time of order. In the rare case that shipping charges are significantly different to the automated charges presented in the cart, we will contact you to discuss freight options. This includes countries where freight access is limited or outback Australia where services may be limited/costly.
Please note some countried have additional duties/taxes payable at the border eg Canada, UK, EU. These fees will need to be paid by the customer. Re-shipping will incur a charge. If you have ordered from us, please watch for shipping notifications in your main inbox & in your junk/spam.
